She comes with an experience of teaching CBSE and the IB curriculum and has planned, taught curriculums for elementary and high school students and organized a variety of school choir performances. Apart from Classical she is also well versed in Bollywood, Sufi, Punjabi and Gurbani sangeet. She is also certified in sound engineering from Delhi University and has successfully delivered Voice Over, Audio Recordings and Background Scores for various organisations. The various attributes of the Goddess Padmanakshi, padmavakraye, mahabalaye, mahabhujaye were portrayed beautifully by Reela with sharp hand and feet movements. She is also a Sound Engineer and holds a Diploma degree in Audio Engineering and Music Production. The performance began with a saraswati vandana by Reela. She has done her Graduation and Masters in Hindustani Music from Delhi University. She started at the age of 7 and now has an experience of 17+ years in the field of music. It was followed by Saraswati Vandana in which the youngest dancers in the group brought forth tiny lamps balanced. The Guru Vandana, an energetic rendition by Aditi Guru, set the pace for the evening. This intricate, dramatic, and spiritual dance form originated in Andhra Pradesh, India, and students at SIDRA learn adavus, jathis, yoga, and repertoire from renowned choreographer Nilimma Devi. Although a classical Indian dance form, Kathak has moved away from temples and courts and has blossomed in national and international arenas. Ms Ishpreet is a trained in Hindustani Classical music (Vocal). Classes every Saturday and Sunday morning, 10:00 am-11:30 am EST, for advanced study of Kuchipudi Indian Classical Dance. The students presented a short skit, poems and recited shlokas to express their gratitude for the teachers. The assembly commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting and a guru vandana - a classical dance performance.
